In 2009 9 coaches were hired in the league. 7 of them have already been fired.
Something like that

But if we fire Garrett, who the hell is going to replace him? There is literally noone out there and hell no to Gruden. He's just like Garrett, his roster needs pro bowlers everywhere.

Honestly...
There is so much individual talent on this roster.
All going to waste.
Cmd bad
That'd be a total circus sideshow hire. Gruden at this stage in his career in this setting would be a disaster. No way would he instill more toughness in them.
But the bigger question is is this team really even capable of that ? After a while you got to wonder if it's the environment thats their downfall and not just bad luck .
Not even worth discussing. Garrett isn't going anywhere.
Gruden doesn't have the right mind-set. He misses hos kids and he thinks he's a star. That would do nothing for me.
I want to see what our next couple of moves are on the LOS but if things don't change soon I'd harvest the roster, give our parcells core studs a new home, and get a windfall of picks .
And yes I did go from saying we got a good shot at the 'chip last week to saying we could be looking at a rebuild this week

That's why I personally think Gruden, with a "Jerry back the hell away" clause in his contract, would work. I think these guys would respond to him and he will make people accountable. I don't think he was perfect in Oakland/Tampa Bay but I think he's what this current roster needs.
