Basically Tony is a gun slinger who has either made the decision, or has been told by the coaches, to try and be a game manager. Don't risk any dangerous throws.

The problem is, Tony Romo is too scared to take chances anymore. When you have an elite WR, you need to throw him the ball sometimes regardless of whether he's doubled. Tony's deal is, he's so scared to throw a pick, that as soon as he see's Dez doubled, he looks elsewhere.

Tuna was a bad coach. Re-shaped the hell out of the roster, and got the team pointed in the right direction... but he sucked as a game day coach. When the Lions openly mock you (back when they sucked) and your game plans... well, you're just not a good coach.
