Going for it on fourth there, at midfield, when you're Already up by three is a dumb decision. I'd prefer to trust your punter to pin them deep and have them drive against your stout defense.
And UVA... Garrett is a horrible coach also.
You can find a hold on basically every play. Both teams got away with non calls on holding.
For example on the Suh sack where he grabbed him with one arm and brought him down, Martin held Suh on that play and it was obvious. The announcers even mentioned Martin got away with it. But it...
I give plenty of credit. Read this thread. I was saying we'd come back and win since mid-2nd qtr.
But I'm not a fucking idiot. We got lucky. Real lucky. And we probably should've lost.
Yeah because had they had a first down at the 41 with under 5 minutes left the game would've played out the same.
Let's be intentionally daft because we just want to be moronic homer cheerleaders and deny any semblance of just how fucking lucky we were.
What about how we went for it on 4th and 6.
I hated the decision. We converted, so it worked out, but it would've been a real bad thing ha we not.
Loved going for it on 4th inside the 1. But hated the later 4th down decision.
Listen, it was worthy of a flag.
A flag was thrown.
Then was mysteriously picked up like 30 seconds later.
Refs don't do that and the Lions have a first in almost field goal range with like 5 minutes left. Odds are we lose the game.
We got lucky. Real lucky. Accept it Retards...
Im so happy for Romo.
He played like shit most of the game. Not statistically, but had happy feet and held the ball too long sometimes. But he came through when it mattered.
Took a hell of a beating too.
Mike Pierra, former head of officiating, thinks it was a horrendous flag pick up.
But dbair doesn't.
Hmmmmm
Gonna side with mike here. We got lucky as a motherfucker. I'll take it. But let's not act like it should've been picked up.
