Don't know if Broaddus has heard something but he is putting it out there that Parnell will be the RT through the postseason.
I wonder if Free might be headed to IR.
Cowboys finished with the 2nd most pts in franchise history (1983 team had 479)
We also scored 30+ in 7 consecutive road games, and 10 times in 16 games.
December was the highest scoring month in team history. (165 pts)
Our QB led the league in QB Rating. Our RB led the league in yds rushing...
I wouldn't totally agree that Seattle has a lay up if they play Carolina. Carolina plays them pretty tough and they are playing far better now offensively than they were the first half of the season. Carolina has the kind of front 7 that could give Seattle problems.
Yeah but they arnt going to win every game, we know that
You could say the same thing about Shitsburgh. If they had of lost to two of the worst teams in football (including THE worst etam in football at home) they'd be playing for HFA as well.
And that's helped translate to more wins than the past three seasons
Sure there's some degree of luck (especially early) but the run they've had in December is because they ARE a better team, not because they got a few breaks with bounces here or there.
You gotta give him credit where credit is dude dooms...he has had an awesome year save a couple games and a half. His December was one of the best months a QB could ever have for a single month, and he did it during the time where people have been the most critical of him for past failures.
And...
Interesting twist. The Redskins loss for us definitely sucked, but ultimately Jordy Nelson (one of the most sure handed WR's in the game) cost us a 1st rd bye with that dropped 95 yd would be TD a few weeks ago in Buffalo. They'd have locked up the #1 seed and we'd have beaten Seattle on head to...
He is a great player and had another great yr, but he didn't even end up the league leader in sacks. I think Justin Houston of KC did. Houston had 4 or 5 sacks today I believe to end up with 22
Watt should be DPOY but he is not the league MVP.
Eh. Last years team was nowhere near as good as this one, in any area except maybe the return game. Harris wasn't as good there this yr as last.
Otherwise, every area of this team is a lot better than last yr, and that's why this years team was 12-4
I think he deserves consideration and some votes, but Romo's December was other worldly. Dude basically threw two bad passes the entire month. Romo's numbers are as good if not better than Rodgers and the games where Romo was most adversely impacted health wise (SF, Arizona and Thanksgiving...
Looks like league gave us (and more importantly Romo's back) a little break, we wont play in a short week in any game during the postseason.
Detroit game is late game next Sunday. If we win we'll play at Green Bay the early game the following Sunday.
