Certain positions yeah. RB, no. The OL and the rest of the skill players are so good that they can definitely get by with far less than great guys at RB. I actually have little doubt that if Randle and/or McFadden struggle/screw up/get hurt etc etc that they'll make a move for another RB.

There is almost nobody in the NFL that considers 3rd and 2 or 4th and 2 a running situation. Maybe when it is well under two yards, but in todays league this is pretty much a passing situation across the board for everyone.

We should ahve just punted on first down as soon as we got the ball back, that way GB could have had the ball and maybe punted back to us, leaving us elss time to score. That means it would have been clsoer to the end of the game when we scored.

He was definitely better the last game or two of the regular season. Had sacks and couple good pressures in each of the playoff games. He had no training camp, no preseason and missed half the season due to that injury (IIRC he actually had surgery on it).
