No he couldn't. His ego is ten miles wide. Everyone believed he was a hard working, humble kid who had a great head on his shoulders coming out. Everyone was wrong.

He's another guy I missed badly on, as did a lot of people. Looked like a sure thing coming out. Dude is just awful on the field though.
