    Players Only Meeting

Garrett couldn't motivate a flea to bite a dogs ass right now. This has to go down as one of the worst coaching jobs ever. Team has looked flat as a pancake since the start of preseason. No way in hell a team with this kind of talent should lsoe 6 straight games, Romo or no Romo.

How bad do we suck? Let us count the ways.

The leadership: 1A) Jerruh 1B) Red Headed Fucktard The leaderships minions: 1) ST coach 2) DB coach 3) LB coach 4) DL coaches. Loved Leon Lett as a player, but he is getting nothing out of these guys. 5) Dare I say Marinelli? More talented team than past few yrs, lousier results and the team...

Who will be Garrett's "fall guy" this offseason?

I guess it depends on how bad the play is when Romo returns. If we finish 4-12 with Romo playing last 7, I think the Garrett cleansing I have predicted the past two or three offseasons will finally happen.

Went to Vegas for my bday weekend. Didn't bet one single fucking dime on this dumpster fire team of ours either.

    Who you got? Week 9

Hope we win, but doubt we will. If there's one consistency over the years other than Jerruh's drunken stupidity, its that this team comes up small and disappoints so much.

Cowlishaw: Don't assume Tony Romo's return will cure all that ails Cowboys

There's been plenty of plays where guys were open, but the QB hasn't even tried to make the throw. Something Sturm and Broaddus have both shown on film and still pics. Cassel missed a number of plays, including two probable TDS last week

Cowlishaw: Don't assume Tony Romo's return will cure all that ails Cowboys

He only played 6 quarters, and basically half those were without Dez Bryant on the field and an OL that clearly wasn't ready due to a number of injuries. If he had played every game, we'd no doubt be 6-1 IMO

Eh. They are better than last yr and it isn't because of the above. There's more talent out there now. Honestly I don't think they've played up to what most expected and what they are fully capable of, and I'm sure most of the players and coaches would admit to that.

Dude, there's plenty to complain about with the decisions the team makes, but this is not one of them. he might be able to throw in shorts and pads, but he isn't ready to take a hit. It takes a certain amount of time for a bone to heal completely. They arnt going to expose him to any contact...

We lost the Atlanta game because of the defense. Throw in New Orleans too to a certain extent.

    Coaching around the league

Belichick, Parcells, Harbaugh and Schottenheimer all have something else in common, that they did a great job of coaching up fundamentals. Garrett and most of the other Cowboy coaches (Switzer, Gailey, Campo, Wade) don't. These were typically bad teams from a fundamental standpoint, so when...

    Coaching around the league

There's no excuse for a 12 win team from last yr that upgraded talent in other areas to do it, but if your a team like the 1989 Cowboys or something, then its not unthinkable. This team is not the 89 Cowboys.
