Hogan is a lot like Garrett as a player. Smart, understands the offense well. Probably will be a capable backup. But Hogan's ceiling IMO is a career backup. He just doesnt generate much velocity at all. NFL defenses will be able to close on a lot of his throws with ease.

Lynch really has effortless power in his throws. He might need 2-3 yrs, but the talent is there.

He looked fine, but Wentz looked great too. Had one off throw but otherwise he killed it. His combination of size, athletic ability, arm strength and work ethic is going to make him the top QB picked IMO. If the Cowboys love him they'll almost assuredly have to move ahead of Cleveland to get him.
