Sturm: Cowboys were humbled; why that might be a good thing

It depends. If he has a blow up year and doesn't have any problems with the back, we'd be stupid to let him walk for free. If his back issues have any flare ups at all though, I wouldn't do it.

    Don't forget the long snapper

    Cuts/Signings

I guess things can change, but by all accounts he's been a really dedicated player since we signed him. He got suspended this time for something that happened before we signed him. Perhaps he knows this is pretty much his last chance.

Day After Thoughts- Dreadful week 2

First, after what we saw last year I believe he can be a more than capable starting QB. He's a quality leader and works his ass off, and his throwing ability has vastly improved since he was at Miss St. That said, he didn't require much of an investment (4th rd pick, still under rookie...

LaDainian Tomlinson: Zeke Elliott 'absolutely quit' on the Cowboys; Jason Garrett responds

That was the ONLY thing he had going for him his entire time here, until two days ago. Now nobody can say that anymore. Ultimately Garrett cant motivate a flea to bite a dogs ass, and it showed up bigtime Sunday.

LaDainian Tomlinson: Zeke Elliott 'absolutely quit' on the Cowboys; Jason Garrett responds

Lots of players quit from the time of the opening kickoff, they seriously as a team were just totally checked out. And EVERYONE could see it. It's why Garrett should be shitcanned immediately. Another effort like this one last week and he has got to be gone.

    2017 Week Two NFL Thread

I think they tried to set up a screen or two but Denver jumped those. I cant remember the last time I saw the lead draw, you'd think it would have some usefulness here.

LaDainian Tomlinson: Zeke Elliott 'absolutely quit' on the Cowboys; Jason Garrett responds

Yep, I'm really believing he is depressed. It's probably not hard to understand why, especially if he truly is innocent. That said, he has gotta get mentally tough and try to work through this on and off the field. The team needs him to be 2016 Zeke Elliott in the worst way

When you get beat by 25 (and easily could have been more) the refs were the least of the concerns.

5 thoughts from Cowboys' 42-17 loss to Broncos: What happened to Dallas' defense, Zeke?

After yesterday, it's clear there are no certain wins and they cant take any team for granted.

I'd love Shaw here, I think he'd be perfect but it just doesn't seem like he wants to do the NFL thing. I do think Gruden might be the first guy Jerry would call if/when he ever wakes up and finally sees he cant win shit with Red Goober
