So according to Archer today, the Cowboys were willing to make Eberflus the defensive coordinator and change Marinelli to "assistant head coach" in order to try and keep him. Apparently he declined out of respect to Marinelli Wonder if this is why Marinelli is "considering" retirement.

Defenses know he is no threat beyond 7-8 yards, just makes us easier to defend when he is on the field now. I was really hoping he'd retire, but short of that he needs to be in a secondary role on the team now, 2nd or 3rd TE. No way he should be the starter and a primary receiving threat anymore.

Collins is a good player when he is healthy and I think Taco started coming on nicely the last 5-6 games or so, I think he could end up being a pretty solid player. Adding another DT earlier and another DE in the middle rounds wont hurt my feelings though.

Don't love him but he's a damn good safety prospect who can play multiple roles in a defense. I like Minkah Fitzpatrick more but I am assuming he goes much earlier.

Cowboys scouts really liked him coming out of LSU as I recall.

Yeah I wonder if Seattle might try to move him this offseason. I read previously that Chancellor and Avril may have to retire and they were probably going to try and move Sherman. They might go all in on rebuilding. Maybe Thomas already knew this and maybe that explains why he ran down Garrett...

James would be a grand larceny steal at 19 IMO Also Wynn is going to be a really good NFL OL. He'd be a big upgrade over Cooper at LG IMO.

The Pats offense was a juggernaut when he left the first time. Great offensive coordinator, remains to be seen if he'll ever amount to shit as a HC though.
