It’s time to move on from Dez

I know he's the bigger name and the more proven guy, at this point I cant say for sure that he is definitely "better" than what we have. We really need people that can run good routes and get open, and he obviously isn't that anymore. I think Beasley is gone either during the draft ir right...

It’s time to move on from Dez

I don't doubt he'll get a job Dodger. I'm saying if he was still considered a top-tier talent he'd have been scooped up the second he hit the streets. You said teams would wait till after the draft to sign him. Nobody would wait till after the draft if he was a game changer.

    2018 NFL Draft Thread

I'm on the fence about Vea myself. I don't think he's a sure thing and I don't get the idea he'll ever be much of a pass rusher. He played the same position as Danny Shelton before him, another very large man that people went gaga about who was a mammoth bust for Cleveland as a high draft...

    2018 NFL Draft Thread

Yeah no way should be even be considering this guy unless its extremely late on day three or as a UDFA. You'd think we'd learn. First, there isn't much evidence that the neck thing is true. It's been debunked by numerous people covering the draft and he was not on the NFL re-check list...

It’s time to move on from Dez

If ANYBODY honestly thought he was the victim of poor circumstances, bad QB play , bad coaching etc etc he'd have been signed the fucking second he hit the streets. The fact is nobody has, because they know it wasn't poor circumstances, poor QB, bad coaching etc etc that caused him to play like...

It’s time to move on from Dez

You said it was the issue, acted like this was some new take for me or something just because he got released. The fact is I said he deserved to be released and IMO would be released since the day the season ended.

    Cowboys 2018 Schedule

Nothing would really surprise me with this team, good or bad. They need to hit a couple of homeruns in the draft again, but overall I do think the team is talented enough to make the playoffs. That said, there's a few key players we have obvious injury concerns on. We know we have a...

It’s time to move on from Dez

I've been saying since the day the season ended I didn't think Dez would be here. It's all here in black and white for people to see.

It’s time to move on from Dez

I don't think I've ever spoken of the "team cancer" part with him much. And probably nobody in this forum was as pro-Dez as me until this past season. He had an awful year. It's one thing to have a down year if you are injured or there are other circumstances involved (like the uber awful QB...

No fool, it mattered when he got paid like an elite player, but started producing like a JAG. And that's why he isn't here anymore.

FWIW, Witten really thought highly of him last yr as a rookie and said so during camp/preseason.

The 2018 Debacle as I see it

Prescott is much leaner. There's another pick from the Cowboy OTA's that really shows it too.
