    Tony Sparano dead at 56

Yep, terrible news and prayers out to his family and friends. I thought he was an ok OL coach but painfully mediocre otherwise. He had chances elsewhere (incl as a HC) and flopped. He was no big loss here. I dont get the "raw deal" mantra at all. Teams hold onto coaches all the time, the rules...

    Your takes on Dak..

He was having a good 1st half of the season. The large drop-off in play coincided with Zeke's suspension and Tyron's back.

    Your takes on Dak..

If it were 10-15 yrs ago I'd agree with you. But if Jerry's ego were in charge Johnny Manziel would be on our roster and so would Dez Bryant, along with a multitude of other roster mistakes.

    Your takes on Dak..

He was a good player, he was never a great player and he was not a "winner" I'm sure fantasy football nerds liked him, but he was not a championship QB

    Rick Gosselin’s NFL offseason rankings

Goose was only good for on thing his entire writing career, and that was his draft coverage. He's been a 100% suckass at everything else and his opinions are worthless.

The 2018 Debacle as I see it

That was the standard definition of "success" when Landry and Jimmy were the coaches. That's not the standard anymore, clearly.

The 2018 Debacle as I see it

12-4 and 13-3 are good seasons. They didn't make the soup bowl either year, but they won the division and overall had a good season. Both those seasons they were one of the best teams in the league. I don't think the team won 12 and 13 games because of Garrett by the way. But those seasons were...

Some things you need to know about Paul Alexander..

Try to follow along amigo. Cinci has had a number of teams with really good OL play over the years, and this guy was the coach. He's had several guys he developed into top-end OL during his tenure there.

The 2018 Debacle as I see it

I don't think there's any question he's gone if they fail to make the playoffs again. Honestly barring a rash of injuries to the most important guys, I think he has to win at least 1 playoff game and maybe at LEAST get to a conference championship. If he doesn't I don't see how drunken GM can...
