Try to follow along amigo. Cinci has had a number of teams with really good OL play over the years, and this guy was the coach. He's had several guys he developed into top-end OL during his tenure there.

I don't think there's any question he's gone if they fail to make the playoffs again. Honestly barring a rash of injuries to the most important guys, I think he has to win at least 1 playoff game and maybe at LEAST get to a conference championship. If he doesn't I don't see how drunken GM can...
