I will keep saying it until you address it. It's a huge step forward in reforming a majorly flawed system.

It's a major step forward in reform. Period. If it costs me more now to do it to fix it in the long run then so be it. I'll be more than happy to oblige if it means getting and keeping all these lowlife pieces of shit off my payroll in the future.

I'm all for a sensible welfare type system. There are times people need help, and I don't mind pitching in to give them that assistance. In exchange for my generosity, I expect them to pass a drug test to show that my money is going to helping them and not further expediting their decline.
