It's cool because he doesn't know the truth any more than you or I do. He just feels like if he yells his opinion the loudest it makes him more right. It's asinine, but he has to throw out barbs to keep himself convinced of his absolute ignorance.

It won't because there is an infinite supply of people qualified to do that job. They will just hire replacements. And if those walk, they will hire more. Turnover costs in that kind of job is very low because there is generally very little training involved.

Yeah, count me in the crowd that thinks if they don't like their pay they hold their own fate in their hands. Go get another job, or bust your ass to move up into management in your current job.
