According to this they are now at 48 senators with confirmed support. If they get two more, JD Vance would be the tiebreaking 51st vote. Passing this doesnt 100% for sure mean the Dems are fucked, but it would definitely make it extremely difficult to do what they have done in recent elections...

There's obviously a number of really good players we could come away with at 12 but considering how bad we are (and have been) at safety he's a near HR draft pick for us if we somehow get him. Major impact player for us.
