What did the 2016 season teach us?

I'm not your hero Garrett. That's what he does when crunch time comes.

What did the 2016 season teach us?

I sure dont remember any passes into the end zone on either of those two series. To my recollection the passes were of the posession variety, in lieu of running the ball, to try to 'fool 'em.' Risk-averse Ginger plays for FGs and if a TD happens instead it's just a bonus to him.

What did the 2016 season teach us?

Glad you remembered that series, I'd forgotten this. Both times he already had tunnel vision, playing for the FG instead of the kill. Mind made up we're gonna try to get a FG.

Bill O'Reilly done at FOX News

Nonsensical pompous populist ass whose one and only answer to EVERYTHING is, more intrusive bigger government. Furthest thing from a conservative there is, except on social issues. But even for those, MOAR GUBMINT is his non-conservative answer. Won't be missed, stopped watching him years ago.

JJT: Garrett made call on benching Romo

Here's what REALLY happened, i called it months ago: My script for a TV commercial coming soon

JJT: Garrett made call on benching Romo

You would believe Ginger made a unilateral decision of such import, without consulting the Jones boys? It's a silly thought. It is FAR more likely there was discussion. And THATS just a rumor. Just as unsubstantiated as this bullshit article.

JJT: Garrett made call on benching Romo

I certainly never said that. I don't think it was anything like what's in this Garrett-fanboi article though. I well imagine it was discussed with the Jones boys at length before any decision was made. Jerruh is paying this fuck Romo 100 mil - there is NO way any coach just says "sorry boss...

What did the 2016 season teach us?

We also learned Garrett can STILL fuck up a season with one toweringly bad, idiotic decision. "Yes, let's spike the ball instead of running a play and possibly icing the game by scoring a touchdown, let's just play for the FG and make sure Aaron Rodgers still has enough time to beat us."

JJT: Garrett made call on benching Romo

Plausible I suppose, but Taylor cites no sources at all so this is all just conjecture. Nobody's quoted at all, gives it the smell of bullshit. It's just his own opinion.

If you are expecting a big season out of Demarcus Lawrence take a gander at this

Charles Haley style. Coming up big in big situations in big games. The old Harvey Martin thing. "Sacks are still sacks" yeah, but interceptions are still interceptions too. But timing is everything as far as real impact on the game. No argument from me here. But like i said, i like the sacks to...

It's really all about the timing ain't it?

Sturm's most memorable Romo moments; why he was a miracle in the end

Yep I never had that much of a problem with Romo's picks and fumbles - all quarterbacks have their share of those. It was ever and always the TIMING of a good number of them, that I had the problem with and it became a pattern. It's not like Romo was ever threatening Brett Favre's pick and...

Had I asked my question on the open board over there, y'all might have gotten mad and might also have valid reason to be, and probably banned me. I asked in PRIVATE, as a friend, trying as always to be helpful. It's nothing to get bent out of shape about.

I was asking, not telling. But that's completely aside from what you quoted there. You come on here bellyaching about the content of a private message that was never sent to you, it's up to other people to decide if it was shared, or read.

Well, you're wrong. I was merely trying to be helpful, as I always have.
