Mike Fisher and another NFL reporter are saying they 100% believe this story was planted by Garrett people. On the radio after the game they are claiming this is one of the reasons Jones didn't mince his words about the coaching today.

Prescott has been really good this year, so much so that he was getting national attention as a legit MVP candidate. That's WITH Jason Garrett as HC. Now imagine for a second that he has a quality Head Coach and staff on his side.

It was a terrible call, there's no excuse for it. But we still had to go another 65 yards or so to score too. The team had their chances against another team missing several key players. We lost because of coaching, plain and simple. This has been another glaring example of a "wasted season"...

And I guarantee you had he been the coach of that 92 team, we'd have never made it to that game. Even with that roster.
