2022 NFL Week 15: Dallas Cowboys vs. Jacksonville Jaguars

Unbelievable stat note that is impossible to believe. The last time an opponent was called for offensive holding? GREEN BAY game, 2nd qtr. That's 5 full games and 5 1/2 overall. Meanwhile we've had quite a few OL holding calls (one game we actually had 3), and the even harder to achieve...

2022 NFL Week 15: Dallas Cowboys vs. Jacksonville Jaguars

The team is not physical enough on either side of the ball. And they have a "soft" mentality as a franchise. It's who they are.

2022 NFL Week 15: Dallas Cowboys vs. Jacksonville Jaguars

Brian Schottenheimer is actually the one designing most of the run game now. McCarthy hired him in the offseason and it hasn't gotten much attention at all, but he was brought on to specifically address the run game. And the results have clearly been better this year.

Who Here is Not Entirely Sold on Dak Prescott?

Could be. Although it wasn't like our pass rush the first half of the season was because of some overly exotic/creative blitz schemes. We were getting there pretty consistently with 4 guys. Now they don't even sniff the QB.

2022 NFL Week 15: Dallas Cowboys vs. Jacksonville Jaguars

I won't lie to you, I don't like a lot of our run game design. But that's a sample size of 16 running plays (all 16) and that is not good. They obviously made some adjustments at halftime to what we were doing because we ran the ball much better in the first half.

2022 NFL Week 15: Dallas Cowboys vs. Jacksonville Jaguars

Its not just Moore. He calls some real head scratchers from time to time but ultimately, the offense did what it was supposed to do yesterday.

2022 NFL Week 15: Dallas Cowboys vs. Jacksonville Jaguars

He played a good game other than that one horrible pick he threw on our end of the field. I also thought one or two of the sacks were his fault. Otherwise he did his job. He put points on the board, we moved the ball consistently and ultimately possessed it more than the other team. We had a...

2022 NFL Week 15: Dallas Cowboys vs. Jacksonville Jaguars

    2nd half (3rd and 4th qtr) running plays: 2, 8, -2, -2, 5, -2, 5, 4 ,1, 6, 3, 2, 5, 0, -3, 3 That's horrendous dude. 35 yds on 16 carries and 5 carries for negative yards.

2022 NFL Week 15: Dallas Cowboys vs. Jacksonville Jaguars

Nothing was different in that situation with no timeouts other than they had the OPTION to throw one more ball into the middle of the field. I don't know what game you remember watching, but Jacksonville had no problem with pass protection or throwing the ball inside and outside. Had they not...

2022 NFL Week 15: Dallas Cowboys vs. Jacksonville Jaguars

They ran the ball on the first two plays of that drive and gained a net of zero yards. Jacksonville had little problem stopping our running game in the 2nd half. I don't think they should have tried a low% play to Noah Brown there either and if they were going to throw it deep I'd have...

2022 NFL Week 15: Dallas Cowboys vs. Jacksonville Jaguars

All the defense had to do is not give up 34 pts or give up a FG at the end of the game.

2022 NFL Week 15: Dallas Cowboys vs. Jacksonville Jaguars

JFC we scored 34 pts....we scored 4 tds and 2 FG's Defense blew a 17 pt lead in 2nd half. The DEFENSE yielded 500+ yds, nearly 200 rushing yards, over 7 yds per rush attempt...one damn sack Defense F A I L E D dude Don't know how anyone can see it any other way. It's fine to hate on the QB...

They snuffed out the last half dozen or so they ran from that exact formation. It was a joke.

2022 NFL Week 15: Dallas Cowboys vs. Jacksonville Jaguars

L O L wut? What did they call a "pressure"? Somebody lining up ins stance at the LOS? Because nobody bothered Trevor Lawrence. We had one sack and were credited with a paltry 4 QB hits. This team has absolutely no pass rush whatsoever now.

2022 NFL Week 15: Dallas Cowboys vs. Jacksonville Jaguars

Ugh. But this is what losers do. Losers find ways to lose no matter what, and it's what this franchise has been what will be 27 yrs now.

2022 NFL Week 15: Dallas Cowboys vs. Jacksonville Jaguars

Sorry Amigo, you are never going to sell me on this. 500+ yards and 34 pts to a 5-8 team is LOSING football and that has nothing to do with the "new NFL owners want" What we saw looked like garbage you'd see in the sham Pro Bowl games.

Who Here is Not Entirely Sold on Dak Prescott?

I'm sorry Amigo we don't agree. Belichick always says "do your job" and the defense clearly didn't. Just like against the Packers for the most part the 3 games since Minnesota. The defense has gone from being one of the better ones in the league to arguably the worst. Some of the plays and...

2022 NFL Week 15: Dallas Cowboys vs. Jacksonville Jaguars

This is a pic of the final play yesterday. Ball hits Noah Brown exactly where it should, and this was a first dwn conversion. Instead he brick hands it and they pick it off to end the game. It wasn't even covered that good.

Who Here is Not Entirely Sold on Dak Prescott?

I'm with you except for the part where you seem to lay more blame for yesterday's loss on Prescott than other much more deserving areas. A defense that gives up 34 ptd and 500+ yards to a 5-8 football team is solely to blame for losing a game where your own offense scores 34 pts. Our guys had a...
