Cowboys lose 10 million in cap space UPDATE x4: NFL's statement post #226

Yeah, that's what I can't figure out. Can’t say it makes sense that the NFL is penalizing these moves two years after the fact, especially when they were legal at the time, but here we are.

Redskins traded more for Griffin than Giants for Eli, Falcons for Vick

Meh. In all honesty, we won't know for another six or seven years if the Skins paid too much (assuming Griffin doesn't wash out before then).

Redskins traded more for Griffin than Giants for Eli, Falcons for Vick

Well, if I'm going to be subjected to 16 Skins games per year, I might as well be entertained. Kinda amazing that the Skins paid more for Griffin than the Bears did for Cutler--and Cutler was a proven commodity. I guess desperation will do that.

You, sir, are an imposter. The real Hostile, who supposedly has no stomach for "insults," would have likened me to a gay bashing Baptist church. Oh wait, he already did.

Janoris Jenkins.... Would you take him at #45?

Trouble will always follow this guy. In a few years, he'll be sued for failing to pay child support or something. Pass.

Doesn't she realize he's 40, balding, and unemployed? I wonder what his secret is? I guess what I'm trying to say is, where's my hot young piece of ass?

What do you think their plan is if Decastro is off the board? Stay put and take the best available CB or OLB? Trade down?

Yep, most mocks have him off the board by #14, and I don't see Jerry trading up in the first round at all.

    Post Combine Thoughts

Well, I remember Jerry saying that the front seven was one of the strengths of the team. Assuming he wasn't lying through his teeth (big if), that would seem to make CB and OL a higher priority than DT.
