no, I don't. why should I? he needed serious surgery for an injury that happened in January. playing this year would have been a long shot even without the nerve problem.
also, unless Tony plays this year, the team trading for him will have no proof that he can still play without getting hurt by conventional tackles. if we ship him, don't expect anything close to the Sam Bradford haul.
I'm leaning "true" since his contract is almost untradeable. It's weird to say we're "stuck" with a good player, and God knows we need a good backup whoever it is, but that may be the case.

my guess is that he considered Beasley a receiver for the entirety of that play, and not a runner. if you're a runner, all that matters is that the ball touches the white line.
