It's pathetic on a couple of different levels. The officer was found guilty after a bench trial in which the judge presided and heard the evidence. The fact that his defense attorneys didn't take this before a jury is very telling. The jury pool in NY is compromised.

And you also have the left and RINO's pushing for the War Powers Act and calling for the 25 Amendment. These are wretched people.
