`Tired' Cowboys back in shoulder pads

You might be right. Let me rephrase that. If the Super Bowl was anywhere else besides Cowboys Stadium, abnd we made it to the NFC Championship and lost, then I think Wade would be back. But being that it is in Cowboys Stadium, and we were to lose in the NFC Championship, then yes, I guess Wade...

Loud Strength Recovering DeCamillis Closer To Himself Again

+1. Reminds me a little of Joe Avessano. It appears that both Wade and Jerry seeme to respect his opinions. Whew! Just thinking about Bruce Read and how rterrible our ST were under him. And he didn't seem to care.

Sidney Rice says "Dallas is still the destination"

I wouldn't even bother Midswat. Ray Edwards had a career game against the Cowboys, oftentimes, such margianl players have such games against the Cowboys. 9 times out of 10, a healthy Colombo would mop the floor up with Ray Edwards. Edwards tried to parlay his performance with the Vikings in...

`Tired' Cowboys back in shoulder pads

That depends on how far we go. If we make it to the NFC Championship, but lose, I would disagree with yoru assessment.

McNabb's prep time for opener against Cowboys could be limited

Truth be told, Williams has even more speed, but Lee has excellant instincts and is able to shed blockers better. Definitely need to watch out for Cooley though.

NFL owners: Let's go to 18 games; Cowboys LB concerned

sbk complains about Wade's walkthroughs, but if we go to an 18 game season, I imagine that there will be alot more teams doing more walkthroughs in training camp, for that very same reason you cite.

McNabb's prep time for opener against Cowboys could be limited

Cowboys definitely will need to bring it. We have 3 pass rushers, or possiboly 4---with Bowens. I'd like to see Lee or Williams on some blitzes.

NFL owners: Let's go to 18 games; Cowboys LB concerned

But the thing is that Goodell doesn't realize that the quality of play is going to diminish. Now I understand about teams having divisional games to conclude the season, I think that's a pretty good idea. But extending it to 18 games, what's going to happen is that teams that make the playoffs...

Damn! Another thing we agree upon.

McNabb's prep time for opener against Cowboys could be limited

They've been going all out during the preseason, while their opponants, have treated it like a preseason game that it is.

NFL owners: Let's go to 18 games; Cowboys LB concerned

I disagree with teams having two bye weeks each, one bye is sufficient. I think what they should do is have the bye weeks in week 7 and 8 OR week 8 and week 9---basically, at the midpoint of the season. For instance, 16 teams would have a bye week in week 7, and then the following week the...

Where's your proof that he does? And so what if he does... what's the big deal?

So who is faking hurt right now? Parcells is in Miami. You can follow after him.

They can shorten preseason down by one game. I think 3 preseason games is sufficient.

And how many days has he done this? You rag on like he's been doing this all training camp. Once again, Midol does wonders.

Taylor: Cowboys fans need to understand that Tony Romo has a life outside of football

Well some people really do act like that Romo should do nothing but football 25 hours a day and 8 days a week, and even then that's not enough for some people.

Moore: Jerry Jones has never drafted offensive linemen early - don't expect that to c

Before Dez Bryant, had Jerry drafted a WR early as in the first round? NO. I know he drafted Jimmy Smith in the 2nd I believe, but that was it. So I do not see how it's so cut and dry that they will not draft an Olineman early. As far as I am concerned, we need an Olineman from eithe rof the...

Sidney Rice says "Dallas is still the destination"

Well... like I said in another thread in relation to all of this, I don't wish injury to an opposing team, but I would not be upset if Rice is not in the lineup when the Cowboys face them. Fact, is, nobody shows the Cowboys any mercy when they have injuries.
