Ok. But what about the ILBs? It's easier to find players to play on the DLine in the 4-3 as opposed to the 3-4. Fact is, there is more emphasis on the Dline in a 4-3 than in the 3-4. You have a decent 4-3 Dline, and you can get away with marginal players at the LB spot.
