I don't have to read his mind to conclude that no famous athlete wants a cross-dressing, hyper-effeminate son who seeks the limelight. Just common sense. The "proud" shit is for the benefit of the pro-gay city and industry he works in.
absolutely. he's a father, so naturally he felt obligated to support his son, but seeing as how blacks and athletes are notoriously homophobic, I find it less than convincing. if you want to be gullible, be gullible.
Nobody wants a gay son, and nobody wants a gay son who's a swishy tranny. As a father and public figure, he's saying all the right things, but deep down I'm sure he's heartbroken and humiliated. How could he not be?
