Defense: Haloti Ngata (DE). You can have him at DE---which he plays on the Ravens, and still keep Ratliff at NT, that would take additional pressure off of Ratliff. Offense: Nick Mangold (Center). Kick Gurode to either Guard. This would vastly improve our Oline.

Not everyone is successful in transitioning from a 4-3 DE to a 3-4 OLB. Alot of the pundits have questioned Kerrigan's ability to make the transition, that will only be further complicated with the lockout.
