Most teams when facing us, can convert 3rd and 10 or more with greater ease and frequency than we convert on 3rd and fucking 1. Why is that? 3rd and 1... might as well be 3rd and 20... the chances of success are about the same.

So this is all what it took? Talk of about Sean Payton possibly coming to Dallas, and this is the playcalling we are getting from Garrett?

If Payton were to come here and coach... then yes, I would consider re-signing Romo.

That's definitely true. But that still doesn't explain as to why Garrett is an equally flawed playcaller and clock manager.
