Looks like it is a 2026 2nd rd pick and one of the 2027 1st rd picks, PLUS Mazi Smith. Including him may have helped get the trade to a 2nd and 1st instead of two 1sts. If so, good.

Unconfirmed reports that it is a 2 this yr and 1 in 2027. Kinda wish it were flipped as the 2027 draft (on paper anyway) is already being hyped as one of the best in recent memory. But we shall see what it ends up being.

I doubt they made this trade with the hopes it was somehow saving the season. This seems like part of a plan for the future. He's a really good DT, not many on his level and we certainly haven't had anyone as good as him inside in a long time.

Too little too late I am afraid, but good move for the defense for the rest of this yr and the next few seasons. He's an excellent player. Ironic that we tried to trade for him with Parsons before we sent him to GB, and now we are getting him after the fact.

Have to admit I had very low expectations for him, but he gets more and more active every week it seems. High energy guy for sure.
