Only other times I've ever seen defenses play a WR like he's gunner on the punt team is 1) Rob Ryan doing it to Dez last year and 2) Packers (IIRC) doing it to Randy Moss.

Totally agree. I think there's a lot of "backup QB" syndrome going on with Cousins. That plus I think so many people want RG3 to fail because he was a high pick of the enemy.

What about sticking the gun up to the guy's head before he fired it? He actually was convicted of that and on appeal the complaintant suddenly dropped the charges. (No payoff there I'm sure.) Maybe he'll be fine from here on out, but I don't see how you can say he hasn't had massive red flags...

I'm about ready to pick the Rams right now. Classic Cowboys: Beat a bad/mediocre team, get their heads pumped up by the media, relax against an underdog on the road, lose game.

He was at least competent in the second half. Maybe they drugged him at halftime. But you have to admit he was horrendous in the first. No coverage makes you miss WRs five yards high and two yards wide.

I have no idea what happened in KC, but today he made Brandon Weeden look like Dan Marino. I bet Mettenberger is starting for that team before the year's over, unless he just can't pick up the offense.

I haven't seen QB play that bad since Brad Johnson circa 2008. Locker might not even have been that good. Yeah, his accuracy was way off. We won't be able to count on shutting teams out the first half... Well, maybe ever again.
