I think it became a 6th because Phillips met the playing time requirement. Otherwise, it was a 7th. That's what I remember anyway. I could be wrong.

I can only guess that Quinn thought he could be a great 3 tech and never really wanted him as a 1 tech, since I do agree with the idea that taking a 1 tech in round 1 is silly unless that guy is an obvious all world talent. And since Quinn is stacked at DT, he doesn't want Mazi for even a 7th.

Also, the Chiefs gave up a 5th for Hopkins. The good news is Mingo is young and the lightbulb can still be turned on. Still would prefer to lose every game though. I'm not really into just having a winning season.
