    2017 Week 14 NFL Thread

I saw that mentioned at CZ, but it wasn't just cold that game at NYG it was raining some too IIRC. The Giants didn't exactly light up the scoreboard that night either. They scored 10 pts.

Arthur Blank: Jones opposition to Goodell deal “disappointing” Posted by Darin Gantt on December 7, 2017, 6:39 AM EST The NFL’s compensation committee finalized commissioner Roger Goodell’s contract yesterday, and they hope they turned the page on the ugly chapter of Cowboys owner Jerry Jones’...

    2017 Week 14 NFL Thread

Jason Garrett is Jeff Fisher, minus the one fluke Super Bowl season the Titans had. No reason to replace one clueless stooge with another. By the way, I suspect Fisher is "ready to talk" with any team that would give his mediocre ass an opportunity.

    2017 Week 14 NFL Thread

Yeah I am not really buying that. The Deadskins "regression" on offense would seem to me to have more to do with the massive amount of injuries they've had as well as replacing their two starting WR's with guys who didn't really work out, more than losing McVay. Even with all the injuries...

You left out there part where Goodell rigged the Cowboys season with the corrupt Zeke ruling and this obvious order of officiating bias

    ESPN- Jones "hijacking" Goodell's extension

What do you want him to do? Goodell ransacked the Cowboys season with this corrupt Zeke ruling and obviously rigged officiating against Jones' team. I hate Jones as much as anyone, but he was 100% right on Goodell and some of Goodell's cronies

    ESPN- Jones "hijacking" Goodell's extension

If you read through the interwebs, there are players from all over the league already complaining about Goodell's new deal and cant believe how much money he got.

Ben Rogers publicly calls for Garrett firing

Gailey also didn't win any postseason games and essentially eliminated the middle of the field with his passing offense

Ben Rogers publicly calls for Garrett firing

True But another Gailey gem "we want WR's that can block first" Didn't care as much about route running or actually catching the ball, but they could run block.

    Who you got? Week 14

Roles reversed from 2010 when Clapper took over. We were shitty team that had quit, Garrett was coaching 1st game on road vs heavily favored NYG team. We won that game.

Ben Rogers publicly calls for Garrett firing

Gailey, the mastermind behind removing Michael Irvin in obvious passing situations for Jeff Ogden. I don't think even Garrett is that level of stupid.

ESPN: 21 head coaching candidates to know

There was a time when a bunch of people would have been thrilled to get Fisher, and Jerruh and Fisher are tight. But that time isn't any longer. Fisher proved he is a class A boob with the Rams. No way drunken GM can sell him to the fans now.

They had a draft too there buddy. They have a new C and LT, they have a 2nd yr RT that's vastly improved. Totally retooled their WR and TE positions and Gurley is 100% healthy

Laz, this thread was developed to be a positive. It's all about running Red Clown out of here. Anything involving the retention of Garrett is considered negative posting in this thread, and will not be tolerated. Consider this a warning. - DCU staff

ESPN: 21 head coaching candidates to know

I know its wishful thinking because we'll all end up let down when dumbass Jerruh doesn't do the right thing with Garrett after the season. That said, I sort of have this feeling that if he DID make a change, that he would want to go with someone pretty proven that he has some confidence can...

Ben Rogers publicly calls for Garrett firing

NFL Nation reporters took the temperature of the rest of the league, rating the job security of every head coach using the following scale: 5. Hot seat: Headed out if things don't turn around in the final four games 4. Warm seat: Not safe if the season ends up a disappointment 3. Lukewarm seat...
