It depends on how good the WR and how good that teams coaching staff is. I mean, some QB's are so bad there's no fucking hope, but there's plenty of examples where a strong WR corp and supporting cast made a QB look good.

Wentz, Brees, Luck and Fitzpatrick are absolutely going to shred this defense. We might give up 30-35+ in each one of those games.

Last 3 games, Titans had a combined 31 pts and got shutout once, gave up 11 sacks in a single game vs Baltimore. They come to Dallas, and their offense looks like the fucking Niners in the 80's and early 90's The Titans lost to the FUCKING BILLS and didn't score a TD in that game either...
