2018 NFL Week #14 Gameday Thread: Philadelphia Eagles (6-6) @ Dallas Cowboys (7-5)

They might not need to "force" a TE pick if Schultz and Jarwin continue to do well, but there are a few good TE prospects and we do need a legit #1 guy so right now, I wouldn't complain if TE was our top pick. Plenty of good DL prospects in this draft and that's without all the underclassmen...

I'm not a fan of shutting guys down at the end of a season before a playoff run, but with Martin if we could somehow get by without him next week and clinch the division, I'd rest him weeks 16 and 17 too. 1071949929260728320

Yeah he was only the #1 or #2 rated OG in the league coming into today, and he's playing at probably 80-90% at best.

Some of the reporters pre-game were speculating he might get outright released after the season, or a minimum traded for a late rd pick. Apparently his attitude is THAT bad right now.

Cowboys 11 penalties, 111 yds, 4 or 5 holding calls on OL Eagles 5 penalties, 49 yds, no holding calls on OL. Somehow, refs favored Dallas with calls according to Eagles people.

DMN: 5 thoughts from Cowboys' huge OT win over Eagles

Elite defenses don't give up two 4th qtr touchdowns with the game on the line. They stuff the other team and end it. Granted, we did lose two sacks in the 4th qtr because of penalties, but still. When you are playing with a QB that you know is always going to be hot & cold on a week to week...

I'd have been more impressed had the D not given up back to back TD drives with the game on the line in the 4th quarter. 1071779518065582080

We got 4 or 5 offensive holding calls today alone. Eagles got none.
