DeMarcus Lawrence: Time for me to step up

He's a team guy and reportedly a lockerroom leader, he is saying shit like that to take some accountability and deflect blame from the coaches.

NFL Week 15: Los Angeles Rams vs. Dallas Cowboys

Shit I am excited as hell. 9 seasons of loser ways are about to be flushed down the toilet, it doesn't get any more exciting than that.

Redemption for us when Garrett Gone

He didn't need to resign weeks ago to be available to come to Dallas. Cowherd says people he knows believe the reason Petersen walked away is because he is burned out and needs some time off.

DeMarcus Lawrence: Time for me to step up

Maybe that's why he is double teamed so much by opponents, they feel the need to dedicate extra guys to someone going half speed. I bet that's exactly the kinds of strategies a great coach like Jason Garrett would employ.

NFL Week 15: Los Angeles Rams vs. Dallas Cowboys

I see the Rams delivering a 45-14 ass whipping. If Philly wins this weekend and then beats us the following week, the division is over (we'd be 6-9, they'd be 8-7) They might then officially dump Garrett. Otherwise we have to put up with him and his loser ways one more week.

NFL Week 14: Dallas Cowboys vs. Chicago Bears

https://www.footballoutsiders.com/stats/drivestatsoff/2019 This is through 12/3 so the Bears game info I assume is not included. But for the season before that game, we were 3rd (fewest) in the league in 3 and outs per drive. We also rank 2nd in "drive success rate" which per the site is...

NFL Week 14: Dallas Cowboys vs. Chicago Bears

That's somewhat fair, but a number of those 3 and outs were 3 passes and out though, so yeah there is some reason to complain.

DeMarcus Lawrence: Time for me to step up

Hard to blame him with half the team misses tackles like its nobody's business. He plays in a lousy system led by two super lousy defensive coaches. That said, people continue to bash him and complain about his play, but he has been 1st or 2nd all season long in edge rusher double team %, so...

Cowboys reportedly won't be signing Brett Maher replacement for now

Yeah, ok. At the time they released him, it was basically a consensus, everybody thought he was done. He was really bad at the end of the prior year and wasn't much better in camp the year he was cut. Cowboy fans are the kings of hindsight is 20/20

NFL Week 14: Dallas Cowboys vs. Chicago Bears

Amazing stat of the week. We have the 3rd best points differential in the conference at +67. Only the 49ers and Vikings have better point differentials than us in the NFC, and only 3 AFC teams (Baltimore, New England, KC) have a better number than we do. So we're 6th best in the league in...
