Hopefully Garrett does what Jimmy used to do. If you're the starter and you get hurt, you better hope your back up doesn't play better because if he does he'll start over you.
It's common sense.
That is most likely what he's doing. It's never good to give starters their jobs back just because they're starters. It just zaps the motivation out of them and the backups.
Probably as soon as he's cleared to play. If I'm not mistaken, if we cut him now we'll owe him his salary plus an injury settlement. He doesn't deserve both.
