    2012 Season Game Threads Mega-Merge

I'm ready for the game. Another loss at home wouldn't be bad though. We really need an empty stadium for the rest of the season. A win against Philly is good, but another loss might be better.

    How does Houston do it?

They don't have Jerruh as their owner.

    Cowboys add SMU-ex Sterling Moore

Sounds good I've never seen so many injuries. They look suspicious to me. I bet we have the highest number of injured players in the league. It's exactly like it was at the end of the Campo era.

He had to take him a break.

Honey Badger viewed as a fourth-round prospect

Mathieu won't amount to anything. He'll repeatedly fail drug tests and be banned from the league. So we'll take him in the 3rd.

Dallas Cowboys Blog Miles Austin fails to meet expectations; contract an albatross on

Yeah, and that sent a clear message to the rest of the team. Remember when Sherman Williams fumbled twice against the Houston Oilers and lost the game for us? I think it was Thanksgiving but I might be wrong. It also knocked us out of the playoffs. He should have been cut. No one has the...

Dallas Cowboys Blog Miles Austin fails to meet expectations; contract an albatross on

I remember him cutting a running back who fumbled twice in a game. It was always Jimmy's philosophy that if you got injured and your backup played better then you're shit outta luck. Should have come back sooner. These assholes take 3/4 of the season off and then get their jobs back. I swear...

Honey Badger viewed as a fourth-round prospect

Preferably with baggage too. Does it matter if the player started a fight and had someone shot and paralyzed and can't stay out of trouble? Not at all! That's even better! We'll just hire "bodyguards" and leak that out to the press! Attention is money. Not winning or anything. Attention.

Jerry loves these kinds of players. Bad for the lockerroom < Ticket sales, Attention

    Jerry's praising the offensive line...

That would be nice. A bunch of us need to e-mail these reports and tell them to start asking questions to people within the organization who actually know about football. That would not be Jerry. Garrett comes in at a close 2nd. Whatever he learned in his 20 years of being a backup has all...

    Jerry's praising the offensive line...

Yeah, that was the philosophy when we signed Bernadeu and Livings. It didn't work. Whose idea was it to give Bernadue Larry Allen's number? Let me guess...

I don't think Austin wants to play football anymore.

Dallas Cowboys Blog Miles Austin fails to meet expectations; contract an albatross on

Rat will have to move to DE next season if we want him to play more than 6 games. It's up to them. I'm not sure what they have planned. They have no problem paying players who don't perform. Look at Ogletree, Austin, Felix, Scandrick, Free, Spears, etc.

We have no idea how Church is going to recover from the injury, but we extended him anyway. So if he doesn't perform, we're stuck with his contract. Makes sense

Stephen Jones: ‘We certainly can’t afford to overlook mediocrity’

“I think so,” Stephen Jones said. “Anytime you go through a season you have to evaluate what type of season they had." When did this idea occurr to Stephen? We've never done this.
