I've driven drunk hundreds of times. Thankfully the only thing I took out of this world was a brick mailbox.

"Potentially devastating news" re: Dez Bryants finger?

If this could affect him long term then the decision should be up to the organization and not the player. Jerry continues to amaze me. I don't know how that's possible anymore, but he still does.

There has to be a clause that he stays away from the lockerroom if I'm Payton or Gruden. He's not the head coach anymore.

Hypothetical question- If Garrett were retained

We've developed the reputation of signing guys to extensions and letting them mail it in afterwards. That's most likely what Spencer will do since he's admitted to taking plays off and hasn't had a breakout year until now at 29 years old. We seriously need to stop handing out extensions like...

Well you see if Garrett gets fired then we'll be looking for a new head coach. That's usually how that works. Go unclog a toilet or something, I don't care. Just go away.

Garrett was actually a very good backup QB for us, UVA. He could have started for half the league in his prime, IMO.

Hypothetical question- If Garrett were retained

He would be paid well, but that's essentially all we would be doing. If he wants to play elsewhere I would completely understand.

Hypothetical question- If Garrett were retained

Right, if we want to be dicks and use him for a year.

Hypothetical question- If Garrett were retained

Yes, I know how it works but he could also tell the team beforehand that he would rather not be franchised and wants to just move on.

Hypothetical question- If Garrett were retained

    I need an answer.

Gruden is the most overrated coach I have ever seen. What exactly are his accomplishments besides winning one SuperBowl with Dungy's players against a team he coached the previous year? That's right, nothing. He sucks.
