No most teams have a General Manager who is actually accountable for his performance and he has the final say on draft picks. The teams that don't, have an accountable Head Coach who gets final say. Then there's us and the Bengals.

Elite11 is basically a camp for the top high school QB's. I think they used to just run it in LA or Vegas but now they have branched out. They recently had a camp (or event) at Cowboys Stadium.
