Noone wants to not sign Robinson shitdicks. The issue is the idea that he is a must-sign, which implies sign at whatever the cost. If we can sign him for a reasonable third WR deal, then do it. If we can't, let him walk. Don't overpay for luxury players. That makes him not a must sign.
