It sounds like tough guy talk. I'm not saying don't defend yourself, but did he have to kill him? Did he use more force than necessary to get out of the situation? I think those are legitimate questions.

We are lead to believe he was in fear for his life. A bleeding wound doesn't equal a reasonable reason to kill someone. JMO.

See I have a hard time believing it was as bad as you claim because of his ability to get the gun and fire, and seemingly have perfect recollection of what happened. It doesn't make sense if the beating is bad as you can he claim it was. You could get scratches and bleeding from rolling around...

The guy should go to jail. He killed the kid and his actions caused the confrontation that lead to the kids death. That's all I'm saying.

Yeah let's ignore the wannabe cop who got his ass beat because he followed and then confronted the kid for no reason. Then when he gets his ass kicked, because of a confrontation he initiated, he shoots and kills the kid.

Yeah blame the kid who was shot and killed by a grown man who was a wannabe cop.
