So the two small school OL currently on the roster suck...one regressed terribly and the other was not strong enough to play his first year at all, while not improving enough to the point where he could get any playing time in his 2nd year. I have no problem going after small school guys, but...

I actually like the 2nd mock better. That is a hit on every pick there.

Again...I think him having a bit of a down year is because the LSU was a mess this year. They lacked discipline as a team and his play suffered because his aggressiveness was not properly harnessed by the staff.

I have long thought that Reid would be the best S in this class. Admittedly, he has a down year, but I take that as more of dysfunction in the LSU program than his talent level.

Troy is really breaking new ground here. As an aside...it is not just about protecting Romo, we can't run block either, so there's that too.

I think it is a good trade for both teams. Clearly the Chiefs did not like the QBs in FA and the draft and giving up 2 picks for a QB you think could be a legit starter for 5 or more years is a trade I would make. He was having an excellent year.
