He played at Oaks Christian HS (southern California) his junior year which is a football factory. For whatever reason, he moved to Logan, Utah for his senior year. Utah State is in Logan so they have to be kicking themselves for not offering this kid a full ride.

Would be a huge mistake. Last year's cap # for DE's was $16,934,000, up from 2016 cap # of $15,701,000. Next year will be roughly $18M. I'm not spending $18M worth of cap room one one above average defensive player.
