Actually they put them all throughout the building. They do this because it's more cost-effective than ramming a jetliner into the building.

I think it's more likely we had no interest in these players than we weren't able to get them. Everyone cried about the same shit last year and we went out and signed who we wanted for big money. It can be done. Is it the best way? Maybe not. Should we be winning more for all the manipulation...
