Cowboys really need to do a better job of digging into the off-field background of these players before they draft them. The red flags were always there with Randle. He should never have been on their draft board.

Demarco has the lowest knee lift I've ever seen. Barely picks his feet up. It looks horrible, but it was somehow effective.

It's a long game. We must NOT abandon the run until absolutely necessary. If we do that we just get Rodgers and our D back on the field quicker and dig ourselves an even bigger hole.

I don't expect our DL to get much change out of their OL in the pass rush. Which is why I think we'll see Marinelli employ the 3-2-6 formation that helped turn the game vs Detroit. We'll throw in some blitzes (Scandrick, Lee, Durant) but essentially we'll dare them to run the ball. If they want...

Some of these guys are poorly advised. Either that or they are very desperate for an NFL paycheck.

In other not-news, Dak picked his nose a bit too vigorously and made it bleed. Should be good to go by Sunday.

My only concern is the 3 week break from competitive football. Garrett's teams always look undercooked in every week 1 game, or any game after a bye week. I hope he's had the team practicing and preparing with some intensity, but with Garrett I always have my doubts.

Don't mind Aikman. Can't stand Buck. And it's not because I think he's anti-Cowboys. It's because I think he's a dick.
