I think one of the first interviews Jerry did after the season ended he said to the fans that at least we can take comfort in knowing that we will spend money to make this team better.. so i don't expect us to be sitting out FA again this year or next.

Yup, he's a guy i've been watching all year. Didn't get many oppertunities early, but when he did he always made the best of them.

When you look at that production over the last 3 years, im just saying you'd be troubled to find many SOLB's who could measure up. If we think he'll be too much money to resign, that wouldn't be the worst thing in the world, but we better have a plan on how to replace him because that's a solid...

Played in a couple games for them, never got any substantial playing time on defense though. Doubt he'll turn into anything. I had hopes for Butler.. don't know if we're even considering bringing him back for TC though. Didn't sign him to a futures contract.
