The One and Only Super Bowl LII thread

When you think about Philly being miles ahead of us it is three critical areas. 1) Roseman>>>>Jerry. Self explanitory. 2) Pederson>>>>>>>>the clown. By the size of the grand canyon. 3) Wentz >>>>Dak. The gulf is wide but here is where the coaching would come into play. So yeah, never...

Nah, even though Switzer won a SB with Jimmy's depleted and aging roster, it was actually at hotel bar in 94 when Jerry decided he knew football and came up with the any of 500 coaches mantra. If only we had one of those 500 coaches.

I dont know guys, I am literally so numb from the last 22 years that Philly winning the SB doesnt faze me at all. I am numb to the pain much like the proverbial dead horse. If anything I feel envy. They have an owner that knows his place. A GM that can apparently run circles around most GMs...

Jerry is loathe to get rid of Linehan because Dan Mullen ran that offense at MSU. Basically it is the only offense Dak really knows.

All it takes is an owner that knows his limitations and GM that knows what the fuck he is doing, who doesnt feel the need to turn the locker room into Boys Town.

Welp, all that is left now is for Jay Gruden and Alex Smith to hoist the Lombardi next year. Doubt that would make an impression on Jerry either.

We are getting lapped by other teams

You know what is classic about this call? Doing some simple math, at the time it had only been 3 years since they had won a SB. Now the response would be, did you like those 3 SBs in 29 years?

Guy that won millions on the Astros in the WS let his money ride and had the Eagles on the moneyline. Thought I heard he lived in the Middle East. Must be nice.

Brad Johnson was no great shakes either. You are probably to young to remember Earl Morrall.

Classic case of a team peaking at the right time, reminds of the Packer team that won the SB at AT&T a few years ago when they had like 17 guys on injured reserve. We on the other hand have a coach who specializes in peaking in October.

Did Jerry pull the plug on his own forums?

I cant be bothered to read the thread but if reading something in a book makes you an expert, then he is your man.

The 2018 Debacle as I see it

I'd have to say its a toss up over which fan base over rates the talent base most between the Cowboys, the Lakers, and USC football, every year without fail.

The 2018 Debacle as I see it

What happened to the Maliek Collins that was supposedly man handling Zack Martin in training camp? Looks like the scouts that had him pegged as a 4th rounder might have been a tad optimistic.
