Smith is a good match for KC. In KC, Smith won't have to carry their team, he just has to be competent. He can do that. He'll improve their team. Romo would be outstanding in a situation like that (... a situation in which he isn't constantly asked to do too much.)

I agree with that. The other problem with a jitterbug type is that we know Murray likely will miss at least a few games to injury every year. Do you really want to use the jitterbug as Murray's primary replacement? Probably not.

It is premature to dismiss Demaryius Thomas. Thomas had significant injury issues during his first two years in the league, but turned in a very strong 2012 season. He's outstanding. For me, Bryant is "a beast" who doesn't fully understand his playbook; Thomas is only somewhat less...
