Garrett's star has fallen since Ravens brass wooed him

Do you think that opposing teams allow us to move the ball up and down the field between the 20's, because they know that once we get into the red zone, we'll stall?

So all that is the real reason for his lousy clock management? If there were no circus, sideshow, marketing machine, etc... he'd be better at clock management? He'd be less predictable in his play calling?

HEAR IT? You mean you couldn't see it for yourself? Ray Lewis also said the offense was predictable, hence no wonder he didn't get tabbed in free agency by us those few years ago.

    Serious question about the offense...

What's the excuse for last year and the year before that?

THANK YOU! Those consecutive illegal shift penalties that stalled the drive in the red zone, has nothing to do with the refs and everything to do with Romo and his audibling.

It has fucking plenty to do with it. Because then Romo becomes rushed and does dumb shit like throw INTs or miss open WRs. The Oline ends up committing penalties. Makes no freaking sense to let the play clock run down like it does.

If the Cowboys handled their business on the offense, this shit wouldn't be a factor.

See... always in the red with the play clock.

Yeah. Kind of like Cutler and Mark Sanchez.

    2012 Season Game Threads Mega-Merge

Hey Everlastingxxx... you see this drive? How many kills/audibles you see from Flacco? He gets in the huddle, does his cadence, and the ball is off. Do you ever see the play clock go RED when Flacco or any other QB is calling plays, like it does with Romo? None of this bullshit of going up one...

Why don't you try rushing 5 Fat Rob? 4 is not getting it done.

    2012 Season Game Threads Mega-Merge

Not true. When they just get right up to the ball and hike it and get it going, they're having success. And the kill plays play a part in it.

    I'd be fine with that.

Yeah probably. I'm tired of his schitck. I going to count how mnay kills that Flacco has.

They are, but you can't blame them. This shit is on Romo and his fucking kill-plays.

    2012 Season Game Threads Mega-Merge

Always has to kill every fucking play out of the huddle. The shit aint fooling anyone.

    2012 Season Game Threads Mega-Merge

When do they figure it out that bad things happen when you let the play clock run all the way down to the last second?

    2012 Season Game Threads Mega-Merge

Same old stupid Cowboys---akways shooting themselves in the foot. Romo and his fucking audibles and presnap movements that result in consecutive penalties, and changes a manageable 3rd and 4th to 3rd and longer to where we have to settle for a FG. Then the shit carries over to the defense---more...

DMN: Should Cowboys choose pass rusher or offensive lineman in first round?

OL DEFINITELY. I like your thinking. I've been on the Chance Warmackdaddy bandwagon from the start of the post draft. I think there will be plenty of pass rushers OLBs/4-3 DE---personally, I wish we would return to the 4-3, available in the 2nd - 3rd rounds. I don't think Khaled Holmes makes it...

    Day After Thoughts

I was against the Garrett hiring from the beginning. I always felt that he was a lousy OC. Even as the defense struggled, I always maintained that with the skill players on offense that we had, we should have been able to overcome the missteps of the defense. We had an embarrassment of riches in...
