    Romo sucks in the RZ

Yeah, that's what we were talking about. I'm with those who don't like the fade at all. Seems like too much of a throw it up and hope play.

    Romo sucks in the RZ

    Yeah, that was it.

    Romo sucks in the RZ

That was my first thought, too. What was the game late in the year at the very end of the game where Romo threw two perfect ones, one (both?) to Harris... They were basically indefensible. Watch T-Will. He shows a knack for these kinds of catches right on the boundary. He even had one in...

Parcells talks about his time with Dallas, Jones

Ha, exactly. Bill's trying to say Kraft screwed up, when in reality things turned out perfectly for him. In fact if Parcells stays around, who knows if Belichick even winds up there the same way. And I agree with what Mid said about negotiating with other teams during Superbowl week...

Parcells talks about his time with Dallas, Jones

I think it was a combination of age and Bill's naturally wandering nature. I believe him when he says he didn't know if he had the energy to put everything he had into another year. I also believe a big part of it was his eye towards marketing himself. He always had a knack for getting out...

Predicting the outcome of every game of the Dallas Cowboys' 2013 schedule

Yeah, but sadly I see Bill as an outlier just to get the stadium built. LOL

Per Fisher: Issues in big D - 12 personnel

It does seem weird to me to promote it so much in a league that is only getting more spread out and flag-football-like every year.

Per Fisher: Issues in big D - 12 personnel

Oh, I know... He can be decent enough as a blocker if he has it in him. Heard Phillips say on draft night that he has some very basic technique issues they think they can correct pretty quickly. Just saying that it will probably never be a strength of his or Hanna's because they're more WR/TE...

Anthony Spencer will play for the franchise tag

I'd check Cincy's roster for some guys Zimmer can bring over.

Anthony Spencer will play for the franchise tag

Henry Melton's a FA after this year... Or we could draft someone slower than Shariff Floyd and tout him as our three technique.

    Training camp is almost here

Football season is the best time of the year, no doubt about it. (More excited about the sport starting than the Cowboys starting, though.)

Anthony Spencer will play for the franchise tag

Damn, 16 mil cap hit for Ware next year?

Sturm: Cowboys' 2012 defensive season by the numbers

Like Zero said... I have no love for Ryan. Not a fan of his big mouth, though I do admit that he was charismatic and entertaining. I know Kiffin and Marinelli are an upgrade, and I'm glad Jerry made the move. The only issue is the crazy number of injuries. Even Bob here admits that his...

Per Fisher: Issues in big D - 12 personnel

LOL Both these guys were/are finesse pass-catching types... I wouldn't expect either of them to be good blockers.

    NBA Thread

I can't stand Jason Kidd. How'd he get that job? He has to be the best con man in the NBA. Even Jason Garrett is jealous.

Predicting the outcome of every game of the Dallas Cowboys' 2013 schedule

He knows Holmgren is good. Just like Gruden and Fisher. He just wants to make the puppet show work first. But if it doesn't he might give in. Not that I have much hope, but it could happen. As for Shaw, totally agree that it won't happen because Jerry only hires from his circle of friends...

Predicting the outcome of every game of the Dallas Cowboys' 2013 schedule

How is being "too loyal to Jerry" going to stop him from implementing his offense, properly utilizing the talent he has, and calling good games on Sundays? I don't think he's too old, but if someone holds that against him, Gruden would work.
