I'd disagree with that. The only thing that would put Kowalski ahead of Costa is that he can kick over and play G, Costa is pretty much a C only. Talent wise Costa is better though and if healthy, won't be a liability.

I think I think Crawford and Hatcher play DE for the most part...Spears, Lissemore, Ratliff at DT, and I like Albright to still play OLB. He may not have the speed I want there, but I liked how he played last year and could be a good bridge to our next SOLB.

I think Ansah goes before our pick, but he would be the one DL that I would be OK putting off addressing the OL for. I think he has a chance to be an excellent player...his instincts are outstanding for a guy who really has not played football all that long.

17 picks mocked, who ya got

Warmack is a sexy pick though...he is legitimately one of the best OG prospects to come out in a long time. I doubt Jerry goes skill position, although I could see him go to Kiffin and ask him what he needs on the defensive side of the ball to make his 4-3 work. That way he is all set up when...

17 picks mocked, who ya got

True on Delapuente...he is an under the radar type though that is very productive, but does not get much love in the press. Looking more into it he is thought of much higher than I thought because apparently the Bears and a few other teams have him on their offseason wishlist, upping his price.

Bales: Dissecting 10 Interesting Stats For Cowboys In 2012

Also, we made a decision to go with more athletic OL for the most part, yet we run no counters or screens to take advantage of the supposed increased mobility of the OL. F Garrett in the A.

Bales: Dissecting 10 Interesting Stats For Cowboys In 2012

No reason to really run playaction though when you don't run the ball enough for the D to take it seriously. Having a legit #2 behind Murray is imperative this year. Murray's running style lends itself to injuries.

I think there is more depth at the OG position in this draft that at RT. If we went Fluker/Warford in rounds 1-2 I would be very happy. I am not exactly comfortable with Costa, but I have hope for the guy...so I would try to bring in Delapuente to compete with him and add interior line depth.

Bales: Dissecting 10 Interesting Stats For Cowboys In 2012

Running on 66 percent...holy shit, that is terrible. I know the injuries to Murray and Jones played a part, but you have to give it more of a try than that.

17 picks mocked, who ya got

I'm more comfortable with Livings and Costa than I am with Parnell at RT. I think DE can be addressed through FA, fairly cheaply, so I'd pour some draft resources into the OL. If Warmack is there, take him over anyone, but a road grading RT like Fluker is what the line needs.

17 picks mocked, who ya got

The needs of the interior of the line and DE are supposedly greater than RT...if true, then folks are comfortable with Parnell or Free at RT. Parnell is nice depth, but should not be counted on as a starter.

17 picks mocked, who ya got

I like how Parnell is somehow the ace in the hole...like we can count on him to be a legit starting RT.

17 picks mocked, who ya got

I would take Fluker...I like him better than Cooper and there is no way he lasts to the 2nd round.

Bill Callahan: I love Cowboys' O-line

It bothers me that he cannot be critical of the line and point out their shortcomings. I know that the OL was his unit, but he cannot honestly be happy with the way they played. If the big plan for the OL revival is the return of Costa and starting Parnell at RT...we are F'd.

    Debate 2

If the President had said it was an act of terror his UN Ambassador would have continued with that message, but since he didn't she wrongly blamed it on a protest.

    Debate 2

Why did his UN Ambassador report to the UN that it was a spontaneous act based on a proteest over a religious video?

    Debate 2

He was vague...you are seeing what you want to see. His UN Ambassador told a different story 4 days later...maybe one day they'll all say the same thing.

    Debate 2

I'm absolutely serious...I'm also serious when he does not refer to it as an act of terror, but that it escalated from a protest. Fell free to spin like Candy did.

    Debate 2

He used the term acts of terror, but he was not referring to Libya at all. It was a vague term to describe previous terrorism. Also, if he did in fact refer to it as an act of terror on 12 Sep, why did his UN Ambassador say on 16 Sep that it grew out of a protest outside the consulate that...
