    Yep, I bet that's part of the thinking. The NFL seems to be getting more and more like the NBA in marketing its stars over the game or the team, and of course the biggest stars are the QBs. I'm sure they don't like seeing their marquee QBs having terrible days.

    It was a little slant or in route and the receiver was being held, so that's why the pass was intercepted. It wasn't one of those things where there was a penalty totally away from the play.

    Don't you think it's that they're trying to be real old school journalists who leave the tabloid stuff to others? That said - D. Moore said on the radio this morning that the DMN was looking into it and are deciding whether to do a story on it or not. I'm surprised they're even doing that.
